To our friends and valued clients:

Effective 3/17/20 at 6:00 pm EST we will be moving to phone and video conferencing only. Most of our employees will be working remotely and we will be working very limited office hours to ensure any and all documents being mailed in are getting distributed appropriately. Clients will be able to drop off tax documents at our office but office hours will be limited. Please call the office to make sure we are able to coordinate your drop-off.

This is not an easy decision to make, but we are doing our best to ensure we can continue to be present for our clients when they need us the most. We will be relying heavily on phone, email and digital conferencing (via Google Hangouts).

In addition to our normal email blasts we are also preparing some short webinars for our clients in regards to the following:

1) Working Remote Pointers

2) Detailed Review of Government Tax Relief Bills. Currently passed in the House and awaiting review in the Senate

3) Business Management Topics - Staffing and Adaptation

Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or guidance during this process. We know many of our clients will be faced with very difficult decisions in the coming days, weeks, and months. We will be here by your side to assist in any way that we can.

There is a reason I've always loved our team and community. We are a scrappy bunch. We've seen plenty of ups and downs in Youngstown, OH. We will adapt and thrive together.
